- Usual arrangement is 50% payment upfront with balance due within 7 days of completion
- Any text or graphics must be supplied in a suitable electronic form otherwise additional charges may be incured
- We guarantee our work or your money back (less any software costs)
- As with all web work we cannot guarantee perfect results in all browsers - if you have specific requirements they must be stated upfront and may result in extra charges
- Hosting will be assumed Jumba unless stated otherwise - other hosts may incur extra charges due to software requirements and setup time
