1. Liaison with Contractor and or Client is included in all pricing.
2. Usual arrangement is 50% payment upfront with balance due within 7 days of completion
3. Any text or graphics must be supplied in a suitable electronic form otherwise additional charges may be incured
4. We guarantee our work or your money back (less any software costs)
5. As with all web work we cannot guarantee perfect results in all browsers - if you have specific requirements they must be stated upfront and may result in extra charges
6. Hosting will be assumed Jumba unless stated otherwise - other hosts may incur extra charges due to software requirements and setup time
